How to commercialise a project

Background: I am a systems administrator whose daily task involved pinging our branches(5 branches - and also recording the Average for each branch to excel ) and checking the space on our servers (9 servers) and recording the information, the server space in gb and percentage terms, on an excel document .

My solution: I implemented a system which automated the whole process using the python language and the whole process which took most of my morning time now completes in less than 3 minutes .

I would like help from Indihackers on how i can package this system and make it a commercial one as it can be customized to suit an organisation's need. And what model of commercialisation can i employ?
