How to contact creators?
My side project started from a little thought. Yes, there are N ways to contact. But it didn’t help me to connect with people.
I was thinking of building a solution that makes that easier.
These thoughts paved the way for the application Contact Me, which I have renamed now to Form Recipe, for better branding purposes.
But along with the branding goal, the new name also gives the ability to focus on a greater spectrum related to forms.
Now Form Recipe can create N number of forms with 3 fields
- Name
- Phone Number
In these 3 fields, Phone Number and Email are optional.
What happens when someone submits through these forms?
Form Recipe captures the submissions and send you notification through email and web push notifications.

API Support is something that my developer friends are asking me these days. I am currently in the process of doing that.

Yes, this is a feature that is currently in my mind, which helps several people to get notified for an online form submission. The emails to get notified can be configured against a form.
Adding team members to your Form Recipe account - (in pipeline)
This feature helps businesses to allow its team to access the forms and the submissions through these forms.

As I told these forms can be used as contact or enquiry forms.
It can be used to collect feedback from your team members.
It can be used as a lead magnet for collecting emails for creating a unique audience for your newsletter.
