Even though I have got initial users and sign-ups coming from these sources, I have not got paying customers. Also, traction has been a bit slow and very handheld with activities like twitter DMs and cold outreach driving sign-ups.
Am I missing something "drastic" to drive sign-ups?
What can I do to get the first 100 paying customers for the product?
