How to correctly send cold emails/outreaches...

So, we all know about adding custom fields such as names, company names and where their first pet was born but, here's something extra for you to consider;

So, let's say you have an opening line like this:

• {FNAME}, I found {COMPANYNAME} on Google and I love what you are doing.

Now, let's switch that up with a few additional custom variables;

• {FNAME}, I {noticed:found} on {Google:google seach} and {I:we} {love:absolutely love} what {you:you guys} are doing.

Now, this does 2 things, split-tests like crazy and helps you avoid spam filters etc.

All, you have to do is write out your outreach and then find a synonym for as many words as you can.

Then, in the CSV you have created with your cold leads, randomize those words in different columns.

Once this is done, simply rename the column, add them to your outreach system and let them consistently cycle on their own.

• NOTE: You should still use an A/B test on top of doing this.
