How to create a Tech Startup - The Lean Way

I just released a new YouTube Video that gives a general introduction to creating and running a Tech Startup - The Lean Way!

For those who don't know me - I'm Simon 👏
I'm a Software Engineer and Tech Startup founder - I'm currently bootstrapping FeedHive.

I recently went full-time on this project, and a part of the reason was to allow time to also share as much of the knowledge I gain, as I go along!

That's exactly what I'm trying to do in this YouTube video.
Some of the things I will cover:

  • Pros and Cons of running a SaaS Product
  • Can you run it without being funded or quitting your day-job?
  • How to gather "Validated Learnings"
  • Tech Stack Considerations
  • Pricing Model
  • Marketing & Promotion - different approaches.

Building a SaaS Product is extremely tough.
I want to help the best I can - both with sharing knowledge, inspiration and simply keeping up the good moral 😁
For that reason, I'm also very open to feedback on this video - is the format good? Is the delivery clear and concise?
What can I do to improve?

I hope some of you will get something out of this video 🧡

Sincerest,
Simon Hoiberg
