How to create an outsourcing industrial design firm?
I'm a hardware developer, cannot consider myself as an industrial designer as I can see how well my friends who are professionals can wear that hat. But... They don't have this mindset of seeing far ahead and making the industry grow locally or make themselves known internationally so, I wanna help, but I wanna do it profitable. Sooo, any tips or comments?
