How to create interactive graphs?

We are conducting our annual salary survey for designers in our community. We published a pdf report last year.
However, this year, i'd love to showcase LIVE salary survey results (recorded in a google sheet) directly on our website, leveraging some interactive graphs and visualizations.
I love the work done on https://stateofjs.com/
Can anyone help me understand how I could build such a report using wordpress, google sheets & any other no code tools?
If it can't be done, how much should I budget to hire a developer to help build the interactive graph component on the website.
If you are hiring a developer and make the charts available online, then using https://www.chartjs.org/ may be a good option. Simple easy to build charts that can be positioned as a dashboard.
I'd say your options are Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Building dashboards is a lot of work though (currently working on a Power BI one), so you might still want to hire someone experienced with the tool if you're in a rush.
