How to deal with integrations for an MVP ?

Hey everyone,

So I'm working on an MVP that requires a lot of integrations, and I'm not really sure how to proceed.

Here are the options I've identified so far :

Option 1 : Make native integrations for a few apps only.
- CONS : Still going to take time to get approval for each and time to implement.

Option 2 : Create zapier tutorials for each app.
- CONS : My customers will have to do this on their own zapier account, plus the free plan at zapier is limited to 5 zaps.

Is there another option i'm not seeing ?

Thanks!

I think @webapppro got it. Concentrate on the platform that has the biggest impact, then extend from that.

Why does it require a lot of integrations? Is it the MVP or the full product that requires it? Trim as much as you can unless you believe the MVP will be useless without them.

Tbh, the mvp is not useless without them, but it's just harder for the user to get set up without integrations, which I feel may deter people from using the product.

It's really hard to help with the little information you've provided, but I tend to agree with the others. It sounds highly likely that you're doing a lot more than a minimal viable product.
