How to decide on pricing the custom project for my first prospective customer

Hey bootstrappers,

A prospective customer has reached out to us to do custom development for them within our product VadeStudio. As they could be our first customer I am struggling with how to price our work.

Do you guys have any advice on how to go forward in this?
