How to define Licensing for your product/service

I'm still not sure how to sell the product. One idea is to opensource the whole thing for non-profit use, but let the users pay for license if the websites they are using are commercial.

How would you even go about putting legal documents together for this kind of thing?

I was also thinking of just opensource it and do patreon donations. But that part could cover the opensource part development. Customisation for customers and extra features would be charged extra?

Still a bit in the dark, but need to figure things out because I'm close to having it done to a point where it can be used in production
