How to design our website for greater conversions?

We get very positive feedback from our customers and visitors on our products, but should from a statistical point of view convert more visitors into buyers than we currently do. "Become our next retailer" in the front page may not be the most impactful message to make visitors buy your watches.

looks fine for a watch website. Is this a Shopify website? Please don't ask people to take your watch's dealership on the front page. It makes it look bad. Have in the corner somewhere.
Thanks a lot for your input. No it is not a Shopify website. It is a Wordpress site created with Elementors-pagebuilder and using WooCommerce
