How to direct my Medium traffic to my landing page?

I have a few Medium posts that are starting to rank highly on Google and I'm looking for advice on how to effectively direct that traffic to my newly launched print service:

Reposting the articles in a blog section on my site would require the time to rank all over again, right? Maybe just an effective call to action somewhere in the article would be enough?

Any thoughts?
