How to do MVP for this site for my country ? I've one idea but not sure it will works!

What is the MVP of (A marketplace for recruiters to match doctors/nurses with jobs).
I thought that:
1-Use Webflow to view lists.
2-User Airtable as the database (anyone can submit his/her CV)
3-Gumroad as payment!
The idea is to get the most important side first which is (doctors, nurses)
Then make a list of their cv without the name.
I think I'll do it manully first.
am not sure how to sell that?
Pay per one CV + Contact or As access to our database?
