How to drive iOS app adoption?

I've been working on an iOS app called Page Master for the last month or so and have been checking the growth numbers every few days or so.
It seems that most of traffic is organic, through people just searching for Page Master. I think this is good. I am also thinking about posting about it on Reddit to drive to growth as well.
My question: is building out a simple website so people who search for Page Master on the web can visit a site where there is a description and a link to the app store worth it? What else should I be doing?

Yes, I think it's worth it, mainly because you can define how you show and describe your app in the best and most understandable way.
To get the first users on board, I would manually reach out to people who could be interested (in your case maybe users of Goodreads? Just an example though, I am sure with a bit of research you will eventually find a lot of places where your potential users are hanging out) and ask if they are interested to try it and what they think.
Disclaimer: Whether something is "worth" an effort, also depends on what you are expecting to get from it. So you need to find an answer yourself, whether the time effort to build a website is worth what you could potentially get from it (which isn't necessarily a lot more visitors, rather a better way to explain to them what your app is about).
I think it's a worthy thing to do - you can explain the idea behind the app better and promote that, probably can have a blog in which you can share some guides for the app and make an audience from there?
Also just checked the screenshots from the app store and the design can use a bit of work in my opinion, mainly the background is very heavy and the statistics can be presented in a better way.
