How to find a data-driven Growth Hacker

My company is at the point where our product is mature enough to be servicing big clients and now we feel like our biggest weak point is marketing. There's no shortage of growth hacking tools and articles online but I'm finding that most of them aren't too helpful or my understanding is just limited. I would love to find a data driven marketing person to add to our team, whether in a contract capacity or as full teammate. Does anyone know someone that would be a good person for us to talk to?

For reference, my company is a film and festival streaming platform. We host around 4-5 film festivals per month and charge end users $29.99 to access as many as they want. I'm both trying to acquire film festival clients as well as users to subscribe to our festival premium membership.
