How to find a UI developer to apply a Bootstrap 4.0 HTML theme?
Hi everyone,
I'm setting up a real estate oriented website, which is already up, and need to refresh its design. The template that came with the software looks dated. I've purchased a nice template from ThemeForest but now need a front end developer to apply/integrate the theme on my website. I dont just want the new template installed in place of the old template. I need it integrated with my website so all the search boxes work, all the navigation menus work, and all the images and links work too. The site is built on .Net with #C. I've just created a job posting on UpWork. I don't have a technical background, and I'm looking for some input from any of you with the knowledge of the subject.
My questions:
- can anyone recommend a UI developer that they know or worked with who could tackle this project?
- how much should I expect to pay for such work (the template has about 30 pages)?

This is definitely something i would use Upwork for, request a fixed fee price and describe the job
Hard to say what it would cost without seeing your site, but take a look on upwork and see what other people paid for similar services, go to a provider's profile and see what their work history says, there must be jobs like this done all the time
I don’t really have much insight on this but shopping around on up work and fiverr is probably a good place to start. Get the opinions from a few devs and see what comes of it? I’m curious to know how much you expect it to cost and how much it actually ends up costing. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
