How to find a website owner's email? 🤔

Hey Indiehackers,

How can I find the email of the person who owns the site: sleepcalculator.com if it doesn't show up in the WHOIS and in hunter.io and other similar tools?

It would be very helpful of someone could tell me how to find the email of the owner of sleepcalculator.com.

Thanks so much.

Ok, you got me! I went down the rabbit hole to investigate out of curiosity.

While I didn't find any email I did find an interesting trail.

TL;DR the owner of that site owns a ton more and keeps themselves hidden for each, but they do have a twitter handle https://twitter.com/media4x

Step 1: Look at which domain registered the Let's Encrypt certificate, and find similar sites.

    avatarmaker.com
    proxy4free.com
    numbergenerator.com
    signaturegenerator.com
    numbergenerator.com
    gradientgenerator.com
    passgenerator.com
    webpagetopdf.com -> html2pdf.com
    sleepcalculator.com

    Step 2: Research details

At the bottom of one of the pages, I found a reference to Media4x.
Also, I found a reference to Media4x on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/YouShouldKnow/comments/bly243/ysk_that_there_is_a_ghost_company_which_provides/

    Researching that I found:

    Step 3: Deeper

Looking at media4x's activity I found that

I didn't find an email contact but I hope this helps!

Greetings, I saw this post and your answer, I had to help:

Seems like all domains are owned by "Gennady Lebed", should also be the owner of Mediafox Marketing s.r.o. aka. Media4x, located in the Czech Republic, to find out how I got all those information I have created a pastebin, as it is too big to post here.

In the pastebin, I have several contact possibilities including the changing address of the company: https://pastebin.com/raw/Piwy5Vm8

      Thank you SO MUCH

Happy to help! Glad you could get at least some information to start with.
