How to find great growth hackers

I just launched http://inboxes.com and now as with any new project I finish, I'm a bit lost as to how to start getting some users to try it and get feedback. I'm sure many of you face the same process.

Was wondering if the community can give any tips on how to manage this process? what should I look for , how to work with such growth hackers based on results etc ?
