    Yup! Can confirm that meetup.com is a great place to find or start a tech meetup group. I'm based in London though, not sure how good it would be outside major cities. But I guess if you're just looking for an online group it doesn't matter where you are. The other options on the list look good - hadn't heard of some of them.
