How to flesh out ideas?
Hi Indie Hackers,
Currently got two ideas for a SaaS apps.
I have tons of ideas of features etc, but what I'm having issue with is sorting how necessary a feature is, how it would work, etc.
So once you have an idea, what is the next steps when it comes to figure out how everything should work? Wireframes, lists, bubble diagrams..?
Who are the people who will buy your app (or subscription or whatever) and what do they need the most? If you don't know, then go ask them!

I have the same problem. But this time I'm pretty lucky because I'm my own TA. So, using my own product I can figure out quickly which features are vital right now, which can wait.
I don't know if you are your user or not, but it's always helpful to know the whole process of using the product to figure out the right sequence.

I've often struggled with the same problem of knowing if a feature is necessary. The only way I think is to have a party that is willing to use your product with only the features you have no doubts about.
