How to format text in LinkedIn posts (bold, italic, bullets) with Unicode

LinkedIn strips all formatting from the composer, so posts land as one flat gray block. Turns out it renders Unicode fine, so you can style text without a toolbar. Wrote up how, which characters to use, and where it breaks (screen readers can't read Unicode bold).
