How to generate customer reviews with Zendesk CSAT

Hi there đź‘‹ I'm Axel and I'm working on reviewflowz.com, a review management solution for B2B SaaS companies

Over the past year or so, we've been getting more and more clients asking us how they could go about getting more reviews to their Capterra, G2, Shopify, Wordpress, Hubspot, Trustradius... you name it listing

One of the "hacks" I found to work most effectively for all the clients who implemented it is to leverage their helpdesk's CSAT to ask for a review.

You know how after you interact with customer support you get a happy or unhappy face survey? The idea is just to follow up with those who are happy to ask them for a positive review.

And it really is a lot simpler than it might sound, Zendesk actually does most of the job for you.

I wrote up a full tutorial with a friend who happens to be a Zendesk expert, and I thought it could be helpful to some other indiehackers!

Here's the post, please let me know if you have any feedback, or if you've tried other review generation plays that worked wonders!
