How to generate first buyers without paid ads? Need advice?

I’ve launched VIViD (https://www.askviv.id), a paid career and work-fit assessment for people who feel stuck, misaligned or frustrated at work and want a clearer understanding of what is actually wrong.

The product is live. The assessment works. The report is personalised. Payment is set up. 4 languages available.

Now I’m at the harder stage: getting real traffic and first sales.

I’m bootstrapped and working with a limited budget, so I cannot solve this by throwing money at paid ads. I need to be thoughtful about where I spend time and what I test first.

For people who have launched paid products before, especially products sold directly to individuals:

Where would you start?
What channels would you test first?
How would you find early buyers without spamming people?
Would you focus on founder-led content, partnerships, communities, SEO, LinkedIn, affiliates or something else?
How would you get the first 10 to 50 serious users?

I’m trying to think practically about what I should do next, in what order.

Any experience or hard-won lessons welcome.

Thank you
