How to generate revenue from polls and survey

Hey, all I have built an app named "Feelin - Share what you feel" https://feal.in, I am planning to generate revenues from surveys and polls but I don't know how surveys and polls data are used to generate revenue. Can anyone help me with it my survey will be based on mental related things let say for eg. what kind of manager you would like to work with and there will be few options to select. Hope this makes sense
