How to get a new customer

I have developed an online app, and a marketing website.
I have around 200 visitors weekly, I get 2 trial registers on average, but none goes to paying customers.
I think I stock here. I need some advise please. Thanks

email is best i think! most direct and most personal.
So, people can get the full-feature suite with the free trial and that's not good. Why would I purchase "Estimator" plan when I can have a free trial and get the full-suite. You should amend this quickly. Or make the trial period extremely short, say 7 days. But your site looks great!

The software I developed is an online estimating, tendering, ordering, and invoicing software for builders.
I have been using this in the company I work for for 2 years now, and it works perfect.
But I can't sell it in the market.
