How to get customers for side project, esp international customers?

I built Hilfedesk (customer support software) in my free time. Now we use it at work and have improved it and made it functional with all features that's required.

I'm thinking of launching it to the public as a side project. How can I get customers both domestic and international without a dedicated sales team.

I also understand that this is a crowded market. So how can I carve out a niche our myself.

I had to use Google translate to figure out what "Hilfe" means, would say that the name may be a hindrance to attracting English-speaking customers.

Hard to solicit feedback when you don't give folks much context

Your updated details indicate you're talking about the same project I made mention to... much confuse.
