🚀 How to get feedback for my new landing page? Day #1

Hi IH-ers!

If you’ve ever tried to build a landing page, you know that the road to success can be littered with embarrassing failures. Like the time I accidentally made my call-to-action button say “Go away now”!

That’s why I’m asking for your help. I’ve just finished putting together a landing page, and I’m looking for some honest feedback. Is it concise? Does it communicate my message clearly? Does it make you want to click the call-to-action button?

If you’ve got any advice, I’d love to hear it! Please leave your feedback in the comments below.

Hi! I collected a few comments that I hope will help you to improve your landing page đź’Ş

    1. I would like to see a more detailed description of the product. What kind of features does it have? You might consider adding a demo video to the landing page to grab people's attention visually.
    2. In the header, I would focus on your value proposition or on stating the problem that you are solving. I don't know what loopCard is, so the slogan "Create Engaging Products with loopCard" doesn't tell me much. I expected to know more after reading the description: "Boost your customer engagement & retention by adding loopCard.", but again - what does loopCard do exactly? Just cut the fluff and say clearly what you are selling.
    3. Does this product already exist, or are you just trying to capture interest? I noticed that after clicking "Sign up" from the Pricing page, it says that the card details are not required. Does it mean that there is a trial, or do you just reach out to everyone personally after they sign up? I would suggest removing barriers and giving instant access to the product (if it has been built). Instead of using "Sing up" as a CTA, change it to something like "Start now", "Try now", etc. and make people create an account.
    4. You have a Use Cases section on the page but no content. Either describe in detail each use-case or hide it from the navigation for now.
    5. If you claim that you have 5000+ members, it might be a good idea to get a few testimonials to show on the page. Case studies with real customers would be also nice to create trust.

Thank you Daria @Dk_matusik, appreciated the detailed feedback. I liked the suggestion of using the "try now" instead of "Sign up" because the product is not ready but the value can easily be understood by trying it.

Since we want to go to CTOs and CEOs- do you think that we need to go to the how? The pain is "Don't toss customers" meaning that your MRR is damaged from high retention. Need to work on the pain more than on the solution.

The use cases content is in each page, great idea to put more data on each use case on the menu.

Thank you so much for your great feedback!

There needs to be much more of an explanation of what the product is and how it works. What is LoopCard? How does it fit in with my business? What does it actually look like? You need to persuade me that signing up is worth my time first, not the other way around.

Some of the content on the "About Us" page is better. "loopCard is on a mission to help developers build more engaging products using wallet passes that create a beautiful customer journey and next level loyalty." And the graphic with the message and push notification. Ah, so it's about wallet passes! Bring this over to the landing page, and expand on it.

Additionally, could do with some more attention to detail. Things like inconsistent capitalization of "LoopCard", a "coming soon" plan that is somehow also the "most popular", the graphic with a dollar amount containing two decimal points ($26,352.48.73).

Thank you so much @tobyzerner, I believe inconsistencies create a bit of distrust and I appreciate you letting me know of these issues. It is so valuable!

Will work on the other great ideas, would you sign up to let me know if the concept is clear?

    Hi,

For me, there is no answer to the main question: What exactly is and how does it work? Before starting the Trial or booking the demo, I would like a detailed explanation and good cases. I want to begin to want what you sell first.

Thank you so much @rudni4ok, super helpful to get your first impression feedback!
I want to add the "how does it work" and "good cases" section (under the use cases menu). Since the best way to see how it works is to sign up to the service - how would you help me to convey it in the front landing page?
