How to get first 10 paying users

I have been building MinChat which is a chat api that lets developers build chat messaging functionality into their app or website within minutes.

currently trying to figure out how to get users to signup and try the product. a couple of things I'v tried that have died down, product hunt launch and cold emails through apollo[dot]io both of which haven't had any leads.

I got started with SEO by writing a couple of blog articles and submitting the site to app/site directories to build backlinks, but SEO takes time, it more or less answers the question how to get your 1000th paying user compared to what I need right now which is how to get my first paying user.

Anyone know how this exact type of SaaS can start getting user's?

some extra info that I don't know whether can be utilized to get user's on board in some way, I created 2 opensource UI libraries for the chat messaging, one for react(web) and one for react native (mobile)
