How to Get Payments From Users?
Hi folks,
Currently, I'm looking for a way of getting payments from users in my project. I know literally nothing about this process. I heard there is an option to register LLC in Delaware but I'm not sure that this the right way. Maybe there are many other options which I missed? It's also applicable to me to register a company in other residences. The very important moment to me is to be able to do this via the Internet without physical visiting. Do you happen to know, is it possible to get payments without LLC? I believe, that Indie Hackers Community can help in this case. Please, share your advice, links, articles, whatever in the comments.

You want to set up a company to protect yourself.
Stripe Atlas can help form the company. Then use Strip to process payments.

PayPal doesn't need LLC registration before you can accept live payments. Just make sure your business is declared in US in the registration form. It's easy to use if you're using in a web-based app - see the link below

I'm afraid not yet. But from what I have read with Stripe Atlas, you would need to pay as low as $500 once your business has been registered in Delaware. What's good is you don't have to pay upfront so it buys more time to come up with the funds for it.

I appreciate your answer! Firstbase.io looks very promising. Currently, I understand that LLC is a kind of overhead and I need to find the right third-party service for my needs. Once the business starts growing, I need to think about moving further (LLC, C-Corp, etc)
