How to get started building Cyber Security PAAS/SAAS?

Hi,
I am a self-taught programmer and entrepreneur. I wanted to know what's the best way (knowledge base, books, courses) for someone to approach when building a cloud platform or SAAS.

I See many Security SAAS tackling IAM, NAC, Kubernetes problem. How should
someone with no knowledge of the market approach building them.

I would really appreciate the advice.
