How to get started with sales?

This is my first post on indie hacker, So like a big moment! Anyway, I recently finished building software for hotels (https://www.qricle.com) that allowed their guests to access all the hotel room services from their smartphone by just scanning the QR code.
The product has been almost fully developed and now as we are moving towards sales, we are curious about how to successfully reach out to hotels or their owners? I would love if anyone can guide me on this and let me know the best way to reach out to businesses in a B2B model.

Well how much knowledge or background are you starting with here?
Because I'd suggest starting with the smaller details of strategy first of all: Do you have a region or specific type of hotel (budget, locally-owned, luxury resorts) in mind? How did you do outreach for user research? But maybe you've already thought those parts through and just want some relevant B2B sales tactics 😅
