How to get the best from an accelerator?

My project SurgeryLabs has been accepted onto a competitive accelerator programme which offers business advice/support, office space etc. for no equity.

We've only just started making a small amount of revenue.

I was wondering if anyone had experiences of accelerators and advice on how to get the best out of them to develop your business?
