What are the way to get username on Twitter if someone owned it but not using at all
It may be possible, especially if someone is just squatting on it. Twitter has a page to submit requests for things like this. It helps if you own the domain and/or have the trademark. Good luck.

Agree! There are so many brands that use HQ, Support, Get, Try etc...in social handles that it's no longer a big ding against you if you can't get the best one.

Certainly a bummer, but if our Twitter handles are make or break for our products, we've got bigger issues on our hands!
