How to get users to a marketplace?

Hi fellow hackers.

I am working on a kind of marketplace where we help wine enthusiasts find local bars and tastings.
As with any marketplace there is the evergreen problem of the chicken and the egg.

• How to get users without any sellers?
• How to get sellers without any users?

At this point we're able to do 90% of the work on behalf of the local bars, by following their own websites, facebook pages etc. and add tastings our selves.

So my questions is really, do you have any tips on attracting users?
