How to get very first sale from strangers???
Dear Indie Hackers Community,
I just launched my eCommerce business that sells stickers and art design related to Corgi and Pet lovers niche. Although recently we have driven over 200 traffics on social media to the site in 2 days after launch, the conversion rate is very low ( 2 sales from my personal network ) . I would appreciate any suggestions or tips either to improve my website or marketing strategic to increase more sales.

With my e-commerce side project shopfreshcoffee.com and my soon to be another brand Rocky Roasters, I learned two things.
Converting comes down to design and branding. One of the best designs that have worked for us is having the ability to see our product and add to cart/checkout within the two first sections of your index/home page. You will be surprised how much that increases conversions alone.
Also, getting email addresses should be of focus. First-time viewers almost never purchase your product so it's very important to get something, anything that allows you to re-engage. Giveaways are an amazing way to get emails and social shares.

Go hang with the corgi people! Where do they hang out? Converse with them and look for positive and non spammy ways to let people know what you are up to.
