How to go about launching on Product Hunt?

I'm not a big developer name (or even a developer at all), but I'm lead to believe that if I have a product I should launch it on Product Hunt.

So I have a product I want to launch:

The Job Indecision Calculator
https://jobindecision.xyz/

What is it?

This is access to a Google Sheet template calculator.

The sheet is one part analysis and one part career coach.

How does it work?

This calculator helps you prioritize value.

It uses numbers to tell you which job offer is best for you based on your priorities, your phase of life, career goals, and lifestyle.

Why does it work?

It's a systematic and repeatable way to compare offers.

It forces you to think and not leave anything to guessing or chance.

When do I use it?

Use it during the interview process and after you receive an offer.

I've already got some pre-launch feedback from a few subreddits and among friends and family and already made some pre-sales.

Any feedback on my pitch, landing page, or approach to launching on Product Hunt would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Mike,

Your product is a good idea! It's important to have all the keys to make the right professional decisions.

I have a few comments about your landing page.
Design: I suggest you only choose 2 fonts, otherwise it's a bit confusing. Also, the CTA button is not visible enough, I suggest you make it more popping with a nice background-color.
Content: I like the emojis at the top but it's doesn't describe enough the product, and it appears twice on the page, I would remove the ones at the top. I suggest you put the screenshot of your product first.
    I hope this helps!

This is great feedback @Calista110, thank you!

I've made the updates you mentioned and tried to highlight the content more than the emojis (even though I couldn't stop laughing while I made that logo 😂)

Awesome! It's much better this way (the emojis is a good idea though😄)
