How to grow a company YouTube channel?

Hello Indiehackers,

Me and my team are working on a social networking platform. We have an app and it is having decent growth. We are actually starting off with a YouTube channel where we are going to create content related to startups, business and tech stuff. For the intent of interviews, we have invited some fresh and passionate entrepreneurs who'll be sharing their journey in a raw and meaningful manner. Also, short videos of a few trending topics like NFT, Crypto, AI are something we'll be focusing on.

What do you think is the effective content strategy and what can be potential platforms for us to promote our videos?
Some growth hacks will be hugely appreciated.

Thanks ;)

Great now if you have people who can give you interviews take interviews upload your long content on YouTube.

Now crop the great advice from that interview and make short video upload it on reels on instagram and tiktok again YouTube takes time to get views but tiktok and reels are great for high engagement and high reach make account with the name of your social media platform also consider to add your logo on that videos.

If you want common people's try to make saperate page and add meme on it with logo meme is always in trend.

You can also try adding motivational quotes but again quotes is more competitive.

And don't forget to utilise pinterest it is must currently I saw video and post has boost on Pinterest you can use as second search engine. Create posts that provide value and link it to your website. It is good source of traffic.
