How to grow on Twitter as a designer?

Hey!

I'll keep this short. I am a designer and I work with big corporates and companies to refresh their websites and brands. I want to expand on Twitter to get great client leads from startups and other designers, but I have limited experience as a creator.

Is there anyone with a decent Twitter following (2k+) who could give me a couple pointers to work on?
