How to grow your open-source project

Great write-up and tips here. I'm currently on this path and it's a slow process but I'm seeing results little by little every day, so it works - you just have to have patience. I'll be taking on board some of your suggestions that I haven't yet implemented.

Some awesome advice here. And several of the steps could be applied to any kind of business wanting to grow not just open source 👍
