That really hits the spot. I've struggled with this a lot. I work as a Customer Relationship Manager, so I deal with those people all the time. I try to be as calm and collected as I can, and try to help the customer even though sometimes when they are being too aggressive, I try really hard to keep my composure. And I believe this has helped me to be a better person not only professionally but also in my personal life.
