Hey Indie Hackers! Any feedback would be appreciated.
Some questions:
I'll be testing the landing page to optimise it soon.
You should ask these question from your audience!
Anyway, My suggestion is: Start with the problem then propose a solution this will make your product more clear.
thank you so much! will see if anyone from my audience is interested in giving us feedback
I had to read a lot in order to understand what this service is about.
I think you should make the idea clear right in the main header, or maybe in the sub-header.
I'd describe it as "gain virtual experience in order to get a real job".
The idea itself is unique, I've never seen it before.
Sounds very interesting. I wonder, what feedback did you get from hiring companies?
Do the mentors do this in order to get a pool of high-quality candidates?
Thank you so much for your feedback! We wanted to experiment with a talent-oriented feature too (have people hire from our students) but it didn't really work out. The LTV was low - it was primarily startups who'd hire but they'd also fire quickly.
Why do you think it had low LTV?
Companies are striving for high quality candidates.
Do they think it's not valuable experience? Or maybe they just don't have the resources to try something out of mainstream?
Maybe you can try and find a head hunting company and tell them that you can send them high quality junior candidates.
If they will see the value it may help you with other companies.
