How to increase cross group interactions in IH ?

Groups in IH are quite organised.

However, I found separate group philosophy is not letting users in a particular group to involve or comment in other groups.

For example I'm so active in Ideas and Validation group I will not be so much interested in what's being posted in the remaining groups.

I would suggest IH to show few top posts from other groups in a particular group UI screen. So that the users can have a glace at what is being posted in other groups too. :)
