How to increase followers on twitter?

I'm new to indie hacking and I've built a telegram bot previously. I did this in public, but got not many followers. I need an audience, so that I can get early feedback and improvethe product. Currently I am working on another product called quickbriefs. Which helps in summarising yt videos and large text in readable and audible formats. Sure, there exists similar products to this. I want to make it unique in my own way. Any tips or suggestions for a newbie?
