How to increase the conversion rate?

Asking for a feedback to the #startup community, #entrepreneurs and #techfounders:

We are seeing a massive number of users signing up every day, and in the last few months, seeing 30-40% MoM new users on Speak Ai. They are also adding their card details and subscribing to a plan.

Questions are:

1. In your experience with your product, how did you increase the conversion rate when you saw a massive number of new users signing up daily?

2. Anything you would try differently when you had this opportunity in the past?

P.S: I do know in theory, but if you have done something pragmatically - I am more inclined towards learning from it.
