Hello everyone,
I am the founder of the SEO AI ( https://seoai.run/ ). Our tool has been live for two weeks now, but visitor traffic remains low. I am reaching out to seek your advice and help on effective ways to boost our website's traffic.
Steps We've Taken So Far
-
Optimizing Website Content
- We have adjusted the page layout based on feedback from friends and users.
- Added new features like webpage structure analysis and a blog writing tool.
-
Leveraging Social Media
- Created accounts on major social media platforms and have been posting content regularly.
- Participated in relevant social media groups and discussions.
-
Using SEO Tools for Analysis
- Using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor and analyze website traffic and performance.
- Conducting keyword analysis and competitor research using Ahrefs.
Challenges We're Facing
Despite these efforts, our website traffic remains low, and growth is slow. I realize there might be areas we are missing or not doing well enough, so I’m seeking your guidance on the following issues:
- Content Strategies: Are there more effective content strategies or formats that could attract more visitors?
- Backlinks: As a novice in this area, what are some effective ways to acquire high-quality backlinks?
- Social Media Promotion: What are some better methods for promoting on social media? Are there specific platforms or strategies you would recommend?
- SEO Tools Usage: Are there specific tips or features of SEO tools that I might be overlooking?
I believe there are many experienced webmasters and SEO experts here, and I would greatly appreciate any practical insights and advice you can share. Thank you all for your help!
I see this pattern constantly: great product, zero backlinks, wondering why traffic is flat.
Your SEO AI tool looks useful. But here's the hard truth — tools don't rank. Content + backlinks rank.
Looking at your post, you've done everything right EXCEPT link building:
For a 2-week-old tool, focus on these 3 link types:
Do this yourself for 3 months. Build 20-30 quality links. THEN if you want to scale, hire someone who does manual outreach.
I sell backlink services but I'm telling you — don't buy yet. Learn the game first. Once you know what good links look like, you'll never waste money on garbage.

Hi.
I'm at a similar stage, where I'm trying to find more stable marketing channels for my Screenshot Editor for Startups, because betting only on posting on social media, some virality or luck is a road into the void :/
I can give you an advice on two things I tried and gave me some result. It's:
a) SEO for low-hanging fruit keywords = low keyword difficulty
b) like above, but a programmatic SEO, so more generated pages around some data / keywords / topics
b) free tools as a marketing strategy around your product, niche, so people are more willing to share your free tool, get you a backlink and maybe check out your main product
An example of that for me was building a Free Bento Grid Generator - I launched it just like my main product, I got a bunch of backlinks, hundreds of users, and actually some people who converted into the main product, the startup visuals / screenshot editor itself, because the niche was related, and they felt like they needed this tool.
SEO / marketing is a tough aspect, there's a lot to learn from the Internet, but this tips are simpler one that you can use to get started and see what works for you!
Hi,I am a beginner developing a website, the initial steps for promoting it could involve activities such as posting information on various forums. This can help to generate awareness and attract initial users to your site. Additionally, utilizing social media platforms and creating engaging content that is shareable can also be effective in reaching a wider audience. Building a strong online presence through search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and networking within relevant communities can further support the promotion of your website.
To enlarge visitors to your website, center of attention on optimizing your online presence via various strategies. First, make certain your internet site is search engine optimized (SEO) with applicable keywords, first-rate content, and meta tags. Utilize social media structures to share your content material and interact with your audience. Invest in paid marketing campaigns, such as Google Ads or social media ads, to goal your favored audience. Collaborate with influencers or different websites in your area of interest to attain a broader audience. Regularly replace your internet site with sparkling content material to preserve site visitors coming back. Finally, analyze your internet site visitors' records and the use of equipment like Google Analytics to discover developments and optimize your techniques accordingly.
Hello! i was thinking on what else to do, but one of the comments says it all, look at the competition, what are they doing and do it better or in your way... also this is what chat gpt told me about your input:
It's great to see the proactive steps you've already taken with SEO AI. Here are some additional strategies that might help boost your website's traffic:
Content Strategies
In-depth Blog Posts: Write comprehensive, in-depth blog posts that address specific pain points of your target audience. Use long-tail keywords and aim for content that is both informative and actionable.
Guest Blogging: Reach out to popular blogs in your niche and offer to write guest posts. This can help you tap into their audience and generate high-quality backlinks.
Content Upgrades: Offer downloadable content upgrades (e.g., ebooks, templates) within your blog posts to increase engagement and encourage sharing.
Backlinks
Resource Pages: Identify resource pages in your industry and ask the webmasters to include your tool as a resource.
Broken Link Building: Find broken links on relevant sites and suggest your website as a replacement.
Influencer Outreach: Connect with influencers and bloggers in your niche. Offer them free access to your tool in exchange for a review or mention.
Social Media Promotion
Engage with Communities: Actively participate in forums like Reddit and Quora where your target audience hangs out. Provide value through answers and subtly promote your tool.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and complementary tools to expand your reach.
Video Content: Create engaging video content, including tutorials, webinars, and live Q&A sessions. Platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn can be particularly effective.
SEO Tools Usage
Content Gap Analysis: Use tools like Ahrefs to find content gaps on your site compared to competitors and create content to fill those gaps.
On-Page SEO: Ensure your on-page SEO is solid by optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and images.
Technical SEO: Regularly check for and fix technical issues like broken links, duplicate content, and slow page load times using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
Lastly, consider investing in some paid advertising to give your traffic a quick boost and gather data on which strategies work best. Good luck with SEO AI, and feel free to reach out with more questions!
Look at what competitors are doing.
Check their SEO and compare it to yours.
SEO would be easy to generate using AI. BUT - It is more related to what your competition is doing. Anyone can write standard SEO which is just basic information about your app or website. You need to do some research and check how you can overcome your competitions SEO and rank higher than them. Not easy as a startup though.
Writing blogs and articles on medium really helps with backlinks and SEO!
Anyone that owns or manages a site won't be able to help themselves but to plug in their website and check out the results (though you do fix some things as it doesn't always work - just spins forever). So you've solved most of the engagement issue of a site. To get your initial traction, I'd post it on every social media site and do it a few times a week. "Free SEO check".
I am also trying to increase the traffic. But little trafic is increase. Not much traffic.
I'm trying to increase traffic to avarup.com 😆
thats really informative and i would love to try this as well
would love to get more traffic for fabform.io Its a real struggle to be honest
