We launched indify.co today and we got many people signing up to get notified for our launching in July. It's super exciting! However, we didn't have a pricing validation. What is your advice to figure out pricing strategy?
Charge what you think is right, research your landscape/competitors, understand your customers.
Make a decision on what feels right, then experiment.
Lots of people say to 'charge more', but I built my business on starting at the lower end, then increasing every few months or each year.
Thank you Rosie. I think the charge from the lower end is a good start for our website.
I would say it really comes down to the business and the target customer (price sensitive or not) but I would try your absolute best to charge for the product without a freemium model.
As I tell everyone now, I have done both freemium and non-freemium and if they will not pay for the product/service, you are not adding enough value or solving a big enough problem thus pricing is not the problem.
Just my two sense though! The product looks nice. Best of luck!
Thank you Joe! We will try to test a bunch to see what people think.
