How to know when to quit your SaaS

I started my SaaS about a year ago. It is an app that connects Etsy to Google Sheets for automated accounting. I can not seem to get any active users. For marketing, I have done some posts on reddit where I can (most communities for Etsy are very restrictive on promotion), I have reached out to about 10 or 15 influencers, and that is about it. I have had 7 or 8 users register for trials but then cancel once it is done. It is costing me very little to run so not like I am burning cash.

I have heard negative feedback from users on both avenues that the app is not needed since transactions can be downloaded manually. In my head I just feel there has to be a market (even small) for this, but I feel defeated when I can't seem to get any long term users.

I also feel a bit burnt out because of the above and find it hard to motivate myself to continue to work and add new features.

I assume there is no "right" answer, but I am struggling with wanting to just shut it down and on the other side thinking there could still be something there.

Any advice from founders that have gone through something similar? I don't plan on giving up on indie hacking/entrepreneurship, but just struggling with this one.
