    I liked this quote: Don't find app ideas. Find needs. Really useful for any type of SaaS product as well.

    Love this quote about validation:

    Then I can contact the people who gave me this app idea. I always have people to contact to validate my idea. If I don't, I didn't create an app based on a problem, so I can kill it now.

    Find people expressing a concern > Create a mockup > See if the people who expressed the concern are enthusiastic about it. The simplicity of this is genius.

    But of course, someone saying that they'll buy it is not true validation. It's just a step in the right direction. It isn't validated until you're making money — hence why he has killed 3 of his 5 apps.
