How to launch and market?

I've seen a lot of stuff around these entrepreneurs that don't have major companies, but just some product they've created and are able to generate money on.

The engineering side for me is easy, being able to spin up a quick, scalable, and cheap product is what I am good at. However, how do these people market it and get it successful?

I'm not looking for the "proper way" to get things done, I want the quick and dirty "just get it done" type thing to market if that makes sense.

In engineering speak, I can spin up a nice graphql api, have a clean relational database running on aurora with read replicas, have autoscaling built into everything, etc.. but I could also just use tools such as lambda, dynamo, and api gateway and get it off the ground much faster. The way you would do a hackathon project. What are the equivalent "tools" for marketing?

Clearly you can tell from my question where my lack of knowledge is.
