I just launched my first saas, too. And I can tell you: it is far from perfect. I think you just need working features. You can aim for perfection later on
That's what i am trying to do currently 50% is done need to know payment integration , email verification and all that stuff . Btw how do we can customers coz product is not perfect will be it worth running ads ?? or there are some platforms where we can launch
I appreciate this question being asked. One of the biggest challenges I have to fight is "boiling the ocean" aka overbuilding since us MVPers are surrounded by great SaaS examples. It's easy to get anxious that our earliest products are not enough. Asking the question, "Am I boiling...?" helps me to keep things to their most essential. But it's hard. Best to all.
